Following on from the popular social media campaign #buyfromthebush Destination Scenic Rim and Tommerup’s Dairy want to showcase what the local region has to offer.
Just over an hour from Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Tommerup’s Dairy Farm is nestled in the Kerry Valley at the Scenic Rim. Whether you’re looking for a Sunday drive or a weekend away, the picturesque Scenic Rim does not disappoint.
You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to finding a Christmas gift for mum and dad, your sibling or your partner with the wide range of stallholders. “If you’re getting hungry while wandering through the markets, we’ll have our Tommerup’s creamery goodies including our famous ice cream to enjoy while you shop. Our larder will be fully stocked with our veal and pork, bacon and hams on offer as well,” Kay said.
The markets aren’t just for adults, bring your kids along to pat and feed the resident farm animals including calves, pigs and bouncy Jack Russells.
