The Logan and Albert Hotel has been a cornerstone of Beaudesert since 1934. After a devastating fire in July 1934 destroyed the original pub, the community rallied to rebuild it and the new Hotel rose from the ashes by November of the same year.
Our name was a landmark, being the historic intersection of Logan Street (now Brisbane Rd) and Albert Street, and reflects the early explorers of the time whose names are also attributed to the Logan River (to the south) and the Albert River (to the east). Within our walls, you’ll find echoes of the past and many locals have a story or two to share.
Now locally owned, we’re honoured to continue the legacy of the Logan and Albert Hotel. We thank you from the bottom of our heart for supporting us as without you, there is no pub.
Our mission is simple: to give Beaudesert and the Scenic Rim a true welcoming home away from home—a place where familiar faces meet, new friendships are made, stories flow as easily as the drinks and where great food always makes this happen.
