Rolling vineyards\, ancient olive groves\, rustic farmhouses and long lunches that stretch well into the afternoon. \nTuscan cooking isn’t about complicated recipes or expensive ingredients. It’s about honest food\, prepared simply\, shared generously and enjoyed with good company. \nJoin us around the kitchen bench as we explore one of Italy’s most celebrated regions. Together we’ll prepare a menu inspired by the heart of Tuscany—from creamy whipped ricotta crostini and comforting Chicken Cacciatore to silky Parmesan polenta and a beautiful Olive Oil & Orange Cake served with mascarpone. \nThese are recipes you’ll happily recreate at home\, whether you’re cooking for family on a Sunday afternoon or entertaining friends around your own table. \nBenvenuti in Toscana! \n

SUMMARY:At My Greek Table-Sto Trapezi Mou
DESCRIPTION:There is a beautiful Greek word that perfectly captures what I hope you’ll experience in every one of my cooking classes. \nPareá (pa-reh-AH) It describes friends and family gathering around a table to share food\, stories\, laughter and conversation. There is no rush\, no ceremony—just the simple joy of being together. \nThat’s exactly what I fell in love with while travelling through the Greek Islands. The sparkling blue sea\, whitewashed villages clinging to the cliffs\, tiny tavernas shaded by vines\, and generous tables overflowing with beautiful food. Meals weren’t just something to eat; they were something to savour\, where everyone was welcomed like family. \nJoin me at Sto Trapezi Mou – At My Table as we recreate the flavours and hospitality of the Greek Islands. Together we’ll prepare authentic dishes inspired by the recipes\, traditions and unforgettable meals that made Greece one of my favourite places in the world. \nSo\, pull up a chair\, gather around the table and discover why the Greeks believe that the very best ingredient in any meal is the company you share it with. \nΚαλώς ήρθατε (Kalós írthate)… Welcome to my table.
