Detailed Information
Our bees forage through Ironbark and Box Gum forests located in the back country of the Dugandan Range at Milford. The honey is harvested, with a generous reserve left in the hive to reduce the bees’ stress. The honey is extracted, cold filtered to 400micron twice to create a clear product, while maintaining nutritional content and natural flavours.
Our products are available through the Scenic Rim Farm Box and Oppy’s Fruit & Vegetables.

Seasonally we produce Christmas honey with dried blood orange, star anise, cinnamon stick and cloves.
