Boonah Airfield is a country grass airstrip situated in the picturesque Scenic Rim, just 1 hours drive south west of Brisbane.
The airstrip was established in 1978 and it has long been a haven for recreational pilots and aviation enthusiasts. It is the home base of the Flying Tigers Ultralight Club, the Boonah Gliding Club, Airsport Qld flying lessons and Ultimate Aero an aircraft maintenance organisation.
